22nd Annual Cheroenhaka Powwow - November 4, 2017
Visit with American Indian arts and crafts demonstrators including beading and basket weaving. View Indian artifacts and learn to speak the Iroquoian tongue at the Tribal Language Booth. Enjoy the sights and sounds of native drummers and dancers or watch a demonstration on how to use a blow gun or how to make sound with a hand drum. Tribal history will be presented by Chief Walt “Red Hawk” Brown on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 5, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Grand entry is at noon. Entry donation is $6 adults; $4 seniors and children over 6 years. Children under 6 years are free.
